* nsfont.m (LCD_SMOOTHING_MARGIN): New define.
(nsfont_draw): Remove disabling of LCD smoothing.
(ns_glyph_metrics): Add LCD_SMOOTHING_MARGIN to bearings to fix
Bug#11484 with LCD smooting on.
